Sensoray includes a two year warranty and technical support on all products. We offer a number of ways to help you obtain the technical support you need and to find answers to your questions about Sensoray products:

  • Technical wiki — Browse our technical wiki for tips and solutions. You can search the wiki for technical information and request new topics.
  • Application notes — View application notes written by Sensoray engineers. Subjects include data acquisition, machine control, sensors and video capture.
  • Online support — Send a message to Sensoray's technical support group. Ask a technical question about a Sensoray product or request help in solving a technical problem.
  • Telephone support — Sensoray's technical support department is located at our corporate headquarters in Tigard, Oregon. Our support staff is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time at 503.684.8005.
  • Custom requirements — Tell us about your special requirements and collaborate with an experienced Sensoray application engineer to find the perfect solution.
