Shipping and handling
All shipments are FOB shipping point. The standard shipment method is UPS ground, prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipment by other methods or via other major carriers may also be arranged. All orders will ship within 48 hours or you will be notified of any delays.
Sensoray warrants each of its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. Technical support is included on all products unless otherwise specified. For detailed information please see our warranty.
Sensoray will accept product returns of standard products for a period of 90 days after shipment. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Please contact Sensoray for detailed information.
Custom designs and modifications
Many of Sensoray’s standard products are the results of custom designs. Let us know about your special requirements including modifications to Sensoray’s standard products. Please note that custom products fall under Sensoray's NCNR policy.
